It was very easy working with everyone at Window World. From the estimator to the installation. Very reasonable prices, quick, on time & installation was quick & smooth. Alex and Scot did a great job installing our new windows. Alex kept me updated on their work and addressed a few concerns. Very professional and great communication. Boy, am I happy I found Window World! We used them to replace three windows on our Ohana unit, and couldn’t have been happier with the experience.

Some of the companies we contacted had window minimums, and wouldn’t even talk to us about our project. As soon as I contacted Window World they had a representative come over the next day who was respectful, informative, and knowledgeable. Our install date was booked for about 2 to 3 months out which was today.

Ezra and Tobin showed up on time, were very friendly, neat, respectful, and most importantly did a fantastic job. Our windows went in perfectly, and really upped the look of the house.

I highly recommend window world, and will be using them for our next projects!

Best home improvement experience in a long while! Prompt, skilled, and so fast I couldn't believe Tobin and Keahi finished in under 2 hours. Wow! And we lucked out with not having to replace the interior trim, so from the inside you can't even tell there was any work done. Except for the nice, clear windows!

Earl, Cole, and Scott were amazing! They were so kind and professional. They were nice enough to drape our furniture to keep it clean, and they cleaned up extremely well when they were done. I highly recommend this company and crew!

Great business to deal with from start to finish. Begining with assistance on selection and quote from Brent through install we were kept informed. Job done professionally and on time with Pono and Andy. Installation included floor coverings, our home was cleaned at area of windows and trash was removed. Will use them again.

Crew arrived on time. They were pleasant and after a brief introduction started work. I would check on them periodically but they had everything under control.
Once the job was complete, they cleaned up any mess.
I am very happy with the installation. The windows look great.
It was then explained to me how the windows work as well as the guarantee.
They were very professional and I would highly recommend them.
