Max, Brandon and the crew were courteous, cleaned up after themselves, explained how to open, close, lock the windows, etc.
During installation I was out of town. A shipment of insulin was arriving during their time at my home. They brought it in, put it in the refrigerator and sent me a picture. I’d highly recommend Window World. They replaced all of our windows, but here’s a photo to show you how beautiful they are

Max and Brandon came and got straight to work. They both knew what they were doing for sure!

I noticed that both were having issues getting the screen door aligned to close and open correctly. Upon completion, I liked that Max said he will order another screen door; because that one is not operating properly, and he noticed that I had issues closing and opening it also.

I will let you know how long it will take to get the replacement screen for my sliding patio door. That is an important matter to know.

Will definitely refer Window World to both my neighbors. In fact, I texted them that I am having my patio door replaced and texted all the information and my invoice.

Max forgot to give me a copy of the receipt and I forgot to ask for a copy. Always keep all your receipts for home improvements; because when you sell your house, if you do, you will need them to file taxes for capital gain.

So excited with our new upgrade. Window world made the process smooth and easy from start to finish. Omar made sure I understood the process, he kept in touch during the waiting period. The workers whom placed the windows were very neat and clean.

Window world made replacing our 1970's aluminum windows in our fixer a smooth process! Omar provided a quote and came back a second time for measurements. Our turn around was quick! The day of installation, two of the guys showed up and were very professional and did a thorough job without leaving any mess! Worth every penny.

Start to finish this was a wonderful experience. Ko was my initial contact. He came to my home with samples and suggestions. He answered all my questions and really listened to me. We agreed on an install date after the holidays. The “team” arrived on time and Mike walked me through their process. Drop clothes and furniture covers were used everything was cleaned up afterward. I would recommend Window World without reservation. So customer focused!

Love my new windows & patio slider. I lucked out by having Rafael & Arnold be the installers on my windows. They did a fabulous job and I am so happy with it. Rafael made sure I understood everything from how the window and door latches worked to making sure I knew how the warranty worked. He did a thorough walk thru upon completion and asked if I had any questions, which he answered. Both were courteous and professional. If you need your windows done, I would ask for them. I can’t wait to get the rest of my house renovated after this.
