If we could go back and start this process over, we definitely wouldn’t use window world. The guy who came over to our house and did the estimate, Alex, was fantastic. Very straight forward and upfront about the process and cost. Estimate was done in July. We were replacing all windows in our house and the process started in august. We were able to get all the upstairs windows replaced, but it turns out they ordered the wrong windows for the basement. Not a huge deal. No contact from the office for about 6 weeks and then finally they let us know they can come late September, beginning of October to do the basement windows. Mind you, we were waiting on working with painting contractors to have the house painted, wanted to have the windows done first as it made the most sense to not have to backtrack with paint corrections due to the window replacement. Unfortunately, one of the windows had “warped” from being out in the sun (?) so they were able to do all basement windows except one. Again, no contact from the office whatsoever. Finally come December we are just assuming we won’t get this last window replaced. They finally reach out to us to do the last window, frankly we are pissed this entire process took 6 months when it was supposed to take no more than 2, with no contact whatsoever from the office/owners. We confront them with our concerns, as we paid for the entire thing in cash. We didn’t want to pay the full invoice price as we felt the service was lacking. They told us they couldn’t give us a discount but would send us gift cards. We received (2) $25 visa gift cards for a project that cost us $14k. LAUGHABLE and honestly a slap in the face. What a joke. Seriously, use another company. Save yourself the time and the stress.

Shout out to Ian and Noah! (And another installer who joined the first day, sorry I don't remember his name). The crew was kind, funny, and communicative. When our patio door was removed we noticed some wiring issues that needed repaired before install. They worked with us to come back the next day and finish the job. They took extra care to close up, secure and insulate the area before leaving. It was obvious they had a good working relationship as well, which is great to see from a company. They did great work and cleaned up after themselves. I'd recommend this company for other projects.

Had a great experience with Window World; especially our installer, Tim, who worked through a blizzard to get our windows installed. Tim was super kind, answered all my questions, and has remained in communication post-install. New windows are great, keeping our home warm & quiet compared to our old aluminum junkers! Austin did some warranty work on our sliding glass door. The response time was great. He fixed the problem and went above and beyond. The door works better than ever!! We are so happy with our windows and can't say enough about the warranty that comes with them. Thanks!

Window World installed 5 windows, including one large picture window at our home. The installer, Nick, was on time, informing us by text that he was on his way, and did an excellent job of installation. He did this in 95 degree heat too! The windows look absolutely wonderful. The window slides are smooth and quiet, with safety features. Customer service was very helpful and supportive, thanks Heather!. Would definitely buy windows from them again.

When the salesman came to our house we were very impressed. Liked what they had to say, thought the product and the warranty were great so we moved forward with the purchase of the replacements we needed. But that’s where the good experience stopped. NEVER go with this company if your house has established landscaping. They told us they needed everything within three feet cleared. Well I didn’t think they expected me to forego my 20 year old bushes. There was room for someone to stand between the house and the brush but instead of being remotely careful the installer broker the trunk of our bush in half! Didn’t say anything about it, stood the trunk back up and left as if nothing happened. When we called to complain they said they wouldn’t do anything because we were warned we needed three feet of space around the window. What!? How is that possible when you have a home that has established landscaping. Not impressed.

Received several bids for window replacement. All around the same amount 1 bid was 4 times everyone else. I went with window world because they control the entire process. The process went way quicker than I expected it to. I have only had them in for a short time but they are a vast improvement over the original windows. I highly recommend window world.
