Not a purchase one really enjoys making but we were very pleased with our choice of Window World for replacement of our windows and front door last week. The windows and door are beautiful and very easy to operate. The house just feels so much more air tight and we're anxious to see the heating reduction. The installers, Jeff and his team, were exceptional. Very professional, very polite and answered all of our questions. The installation was also much quicker than expected and they cleaned up everything before they left. We highly recommend them!

You may have to wait longer outside the Wyoming Valley, but the results are worth it! My windows are installed perfectly with no draft issues. That’s not easy to do in an old house like mine, especially with a large porch window. Plus they look fantastic! There was a problem with the latch initially on the kitchen window, and they reordered and replaced the entire window. From sales to measurement to installation, the field staff are excellent. They care about their work and stand behind it. Thanks to Tom especially- he is very helpful and good to work with.

I wished all contractors worked as smoothly as these guys, from start to finish, everything was delivered as promised, and the work is excellent quality. I was very particular on the kind of look I wanted, and the timeline that I was on. Replacing 20 year old windows in a log cabin is no easy task.
