Such a big decision for new windows on your home! I couldn't be happier with my decision to use Window World. Right from the beginning, my consultation with Harley was thorough and he answered all of my questions, leaving me feeling comfortable to choose their company. I was impressed with his presentation and cost was similar to the other quotes I had been given (minus one company that gave me a ridiculously expensive quote). Communication after that was spot on to get someone here for measurements. Windows were ordered and it only took 8 weeks until install. My installers were top notch! They showed up exactly on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up completely after themselves. There was no evidence left behind that I even had work done to the house. Upon completion, I was given a very detailed demonstration on every new window of opening and closing it, along with how to operate them to clean them. I'm very happy with my choice to use Window World and I would highly recommend them for your job too!

We recently had our windows replaced by Window World and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and exceeded our expectations. Our salesperson Harley, was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions. The installation team was efficient, skilled, and respectful of our home. I don't often share reviews but I have only compliments for this company in the Lisle office. Such a pleasure to deal with.

I had two other quotes from competitors. I needed to replace 5 large custom windows and a special order sized sliding patio door. The other competitors quoted me prices 2 1/2 times higher!

Their representative, Harley talked me thru several options. He was honest and upfront about what the needs of my windows were. Pointing out existing framing it was in very good condition and not necessary to change. His advice saved me thousands of dollars. The other two competitors didn't! Harley's advice cost my project 1/3 less and I am grateful to find such fair and honest business practices.

The installation team was wonderful. Rocky and Igor took me thru each step. Showing me everything I needed to know including minor details. Hard working. Polite, pleasant, and focused.

My windows and sliding door are absolutely beautiful and high quality. I am so thankful and chose this company. I was worried about the expense and that i made the wrong decisions. All my worries were put to rest quickly. The delivery time was exactly as promised too. The team left my house spotless. I can throughly recommend buying your windows from this company. A+++

Edit: April 4th, 2025: I have had my windows now about 9 months!. Weathered the winter beautifully. I am so happy with these windows!

I’m bad at writing reviews immediately after work has been completed, so my apologies for that.

Window world is great, I have used them two separate times now because I love their product so much and I truly trust this company. They have an amazing product backed by a great warranty, no questions asked replacement on parts for windows. That in itself makes me really believe in the company and trust the product. My salesperson was Mark and he was incredibly knowledgeable on the product. WW has an installation team who work quick and are reliable, communication is key and they were very responsive to any questions or concerns along the way. There was a hiccup with the project but Joel, the owner resolved it immediately for me, which meant a lot and that is why I used them the second time. Window World does a great job all around, I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you!

Window World Western Chicago is really amazing. Between starting the process with Harley, the install team Rocky and Wojtek, and the office staff - all were way beyond expectations. Great communication, extremely flexible, and knowledgeable with all types of windows and doors. The team really cares about what they do and customer satisfaction and it shows. I will recommend Window World to EVERYONE needing new windows. So grateful for them and their work ethic.

Ya know how sometimes you just can’t say enough good about a business or the amazing customer service they provide?

Well, this is one of those times! From our first in-home consultation all the way through the installation process (& post-installation follow-up!!!) we’ve been more than thrilled with Window World and every employee that we’ve communicated with or worked with!

We had every window in our home replaced with the exception of the stainless steel framed well window in our basement. The team did an incredible job on windows for all three stories of our home and we couldn’t love our windows any more! The installers were very respectful & mindful to protect our home & belongings during installation. The clean-up they did after a looooonnng day of working in the heat was impressively thorough as well!

We had multiple consultations and quotes from different local companies and not only did Window World have the best prices, they also had amazing customer service and took care of all the details like getting the permit and making sure everything was up to code!

Through this process we learned how SO many other companies put those responsibilities on you as the customer and that’s not something we wanted to have to deal with! We felt like we received white glove service from Window World!

We’ll definitely be referring Rob (who visited on multiple occasions for consultations & finalizing details) and Window World to all of our friends and neighbors!

PS Rob was super helpful in helping us maximize our backyard view with custom windows. Check out the photos showing the before and after! Massive difference!!! Thank you Rob & Window World!!!

I never thought I’d be this happy about windows! But, wow, I’m impressed. The consultation experience was stress-free and no pressure. Harley was great and made sure we fully understood what we were getting and were happy with our selection. Windows came in before expected. Install was easy and the team left my house exactly how they found it. And the windows are beautiful. I didn’t fully estimate how much they would change the look of our house. They’re beautiful and changed the whole look. We did the front this year but after this experience will likely do the back next year. And will absolutely go with Window World again!!!
