Terrible customer service! They are rude! They rely on their return clientele and do not give a shit about new ones. They have NO* regards to the customers appointment time with ZERO to No advance notice to notify of changes and expect you to accommodate them* when they show. Believe the other reviews here. If they can not track time- what makes you think their going to track your service when it is placed. Don't even want to find out. Plenty of other window business nearby. We do not recommend this one because of their gross attitude and experience we endured. This one is a hard pass! Look for another window store with nicer folks who have customer services skills and can track time properly.

I’m quite surprised myself I’ve decided to write a review, let alone a five star review as I rarely write reviews.

I had an initial tough time with WWA. I think it’s the way the owner Scott came off at first but I’m now realizing it’s really an old school Brooklyn thing.

My house went through an unfortunate fire and I had to order my windows twice. Scott was generous in helping us. And they are pretty proactive about sending people over after the windows are sold.

My biggest turn off are those who sell the products and then dismisses all responsibility. WWA surprised me, pleasantly. Anyway- while communication may started off with them on a fairly bad note- I’m overall very satisfied with the end result/service and you know what- I’ll recommend them and probably work with them again.

Very dissatisfied. They did not have enough man power - job took longer than expected. They were sloppy and they dropped something in my sink/ cracked the sink - agreed to pay in part for replacement but did not. Overall poor experience and would not recommend

If you are looking for quality windows and doors THIS is the company you should use. They have installed my windows and doors and they look incredible, the attention to detail is superb! and will increase the value of your property.
Plus the savings on heating cost will eventual pay for them selves

Jimmy is a very unprofessional sales rep. Never return phone calls. So many times ordered wrong parts and still Missing part of my orders. Its been 3 months still not complete job. I guess i am going to hire other people to finish job and buy missing parts again. Not recommend this business especially Jimmy.

I am so happy with my new windows. I got the rigth windows for my coop, Scott helped me with that important decision. The installers were amazing, they never stopped working. Denise, was always there for me, answered my questions, very knowledgeable and really cares. Before leaving the installers made sure I was a satisfied customer. Denise and the installers repeatedly told me to call with any questions or concerns, they want their customers to be happy with a rather big decision, and I am.

I emailed the vice president Scott twice looking for a quote and he didn’t even have the Courtesy to respond. I find that extremely rude. I guess they don’t want the business. I just got in touch with Fiberama where they treat their customers professionally. Your lost.
