DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company goes thru a 3rd party shutter company which also works with Lowe’s or Home Depot. We had got a quote for about $22,000 for the entire house which we thought wasn’t bad at first so we have a deposit, but we also decided to have Lowe’s give us a quote and there quote was around $13,000. We talked to the company and they said that there different quality shutters and all that but once they installed we came to find out that they use the same company that Lowe’s uses for there shutters, that’s a $9,000 difference, $9,000 down the drain for free. Once we asked the company that you guys use the same company as Lowe’s and Lowe’s is much more cheaper they said that we provide a life time warranty. Fast forward a year or so, we contacted them because a part of the backyard sliding door came off and they wanted a service fee which was $100-$200 for the service people to come out, how is it lifetime warranty if you guys are charging $100-$200 service fee. Therefore do not use this company, go to Lowe’s and they will give you a quote for less then half there price.

This company is stellar, stellar! April was amazing in helping me pick out shades that look good and are durable since I want to rent out my house in the future. The installation team was neat and tidy. And when one of my shades wasn't working, Brittney resolved the issue immediately with the manufacturer. While not ideal, the service I received made it easy and not a big deal. I couldn't be happier.

We had a great experience with World Class Windows Coverings. April did a great job of going through our house and working with us to come up with a set of window coverings that worked in each room. She was extremely knowledgeable, and while she offered us guidance and shared her opinions, we never felt like she pushed us into any particular products. The installation crew was also very professional – they did a great job with the installation, and cleaned up when they were done. Overall, we would highly recommend World Class Windows Coverings.

Everything was ordered and received in a timely manner and within the dateline they outlined. The installers were very responsible and professional. All in all we are extremely pleased with our new shutters and would recommend them. You won’t be disappointed!

Do not use them. We have a number of window coverings that do not work. They have replaced some and still not working properly. They say we signed paper work that we were ok with them. We rescinded it one day later and they told us to bad. We paid THOUSANDS of dollars and they say we are stuck with blinds that don’t work. Graber is the worst you can work with. We complain to Graber and they ignore us. We are trying to complain to Costco but they keep sending us to Graber who could care less. Hopefully we can find how to complain to Costco because we don’t think they would want them as a vender. We have bought thousands of products from Costco and never had this kind of treatment. Stay away from this company.

Holly was personable, warm, and knowledgeable about all of the products. I knew what I wanted, and she was able to point me directly to those products. Our transaction was simple, she was flexible for meet-ups (agreeing to meet me at a Starbucks near my kids’ gymnastics class), and made everything super easy. Francisco installed the window coverings today, and was in and out in less than 45 minutes for 5 windows. Clean, professional, and pleasant. I’ve had a great experience, and would highly recommend them!

Update 2024: We changed our window casings and our old shades no longer fit. We elected to have them replaced by the same company, and I am happy to report that they are just as great (even improved) from our first set. As always, Holly was just delightful. Definitely recommend!
