Replaced 38 yr old T1-11 siding with new primed LP Smartside (+ trim, brickmold etc.) From Greg then Brad at ZB2 the treatment, receptiveness, and ideas/suggestions to my wants, needs, and budget was outstanding as was the same with installation and quality from Wesley and the TLC crew. I would not recommend this company at all, they were 100% concerned about getting the job done as quickly as possible and really pushed the paperwork to get you to sign so they could leave. During the entire project, they never showed up at the time they said they would, and most of the time not even on the day they said they would. Zach, who I believe is the owner, even openly admitted he lies to customers saying "we are waiting for your siding to arrive" just to keep people from bothering them. Also, they do not understand how to lap their siding and just throw it up at random. The whole job they were all about just rushing through it and getting it done so they could collect their paycheck, no concern over their quality of work. They even used up scraps on a long section of the house right below our window next to the driveway. I have attached some pictures of their careless work. I would NOT recommend these people, they are sloppy rushed workers that are only concerned about getting their paycheck and going home.

I called multiple companies to replace a door after a break-in this summer. Z double B had the quickest timeline, and the prices were similar to other estimates I had gotten around the same time. Office staff and Travis, the installation tech, were always professional and friendly.
The initial visit with the rep, Greg, was pleasant and easy to schedule. I’ll admit that I had a lot of questions, and he didn’t have the answers at that meeting, but he did email me back with responses when I emailed them to Z Double B.
I was stressed and wanted things completed quickly, with the anxiety of the recent break-in. I tried to be patient, but it did take several weeks to get the final design completed by Greg and submitted to Provia. Once the order was in, it was estimated 6 weeks for the door to be manufactured and shipped. The order arrived, and Z Double B called me to set up an install date. The installers arrived, and after half a day, I had a new steel entry with a storm door.
The first installation team, a man and his “business partner,” who was sniffling, coughing, blowing her nose constantly, and sneezing the entire time she was hovering as he did most of the work, are not recommended by me at all. I’ll explain later, but request Travis if you have the option when you schedule your install.
The first install team, besides bringing infection into my home (she blamed allergies, but I got sick soon after, with similar symptoms to hers), left quite a mess inside my home and out. The man and woman arrived, super friendly, and the man was quick about the work. He informed me that the storm door was not what was ordered, so he called the higher ups and sorted that. He installed the main entry door and the incorrect storm door just to have something in place. I tipped them both, and they left. Sawdust, paint remnants, and random screws were left inside and outside the front door. They had taped my camera doorbell, which I didn’t notice until the next day, and when I removed the tape, it ruined the camera. The tape wasn’t necessary at all, because they didn’t even paint the door frame in any way. I was happy to finally have a functioning front door and felt safer in my home, so I didn’t complain then. I had a handyman come by soon after for another project, and he said I should have the company (Z double B) check the screws again and possible re-install, which I hadn’t noticed until that point and was also informed by Travis that the initial install was essentially garbage.
I informed the handyman that once the new order comes in, they’ll hopefully fix all that. Travis did just that. The new storm door arrived, and Travis was assigned to install. He took one look at the door and said he would fix the screws and make the doors look and function great. He spent extra time tweaking things to make a seamless, smooth open and close on the main door as well as the storm door. He then painted the trim and covered the little holes from the screws. I didn’t realize just how poorly the first team worked until I saw all that Travis did, and I cannot thank him enough for making the front entryway look absolutely stunning. He even cleaned the inside and outside before leaving. I now feel so much safer in my home; something I have not felt in months.

DO NOT RECOMMEND
We signed in March, they finished in August and it was a terrible experience that required 7 visits and countless missed days of work to complete. They mis-ordered the windows, mis-measured and mis-cut the window openings and misrepresented the potential for energy efficiency rebates. They never once followed up when they're said they would but were responsive when we called them. The only positive experience was with the subcontractor they hired to fix the oversized openings they cut in my wall. He was a pleasure to work with. I am still wondering about the energy efficiency issue but they promised to follow-up two months ago and I'm still waiting.

Z Double B made my home repair a simple and worry free process. Z Double B makes sure that the job is done right. If there is a problem or warranty issue it is taken care of promptly and with professionalism. I had Z Double B repair the hail damage that my home received in May 2017. The storm destroyed my roof, several windows, and some siding. Zach and his team found additional damage that my adjuster missed and made the process of getting all my repairs completed very clear. I had issues getting my house repaired after the 2009 hail storm, going with Z Double B this time around was the best choice I made. All of the sub's and staff of Z Double B worked hard to make my home beautiful again and did an excellent job communicating with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend Zach and his team and have to several friends who have also had good experiences. It is good to know that there are still contractors that value customer service.

I used Z Double B to install windows in my home. Every step in the process was 5 star! First the initial visit and estimate - very professional and all encompassing. My needs were listened to and met every step of the way. The job was completed yesterday. My house was left in spotless condition, each window looks terrific including the interior and exterior trim. While the installation was in progress I got a call from the office to see if everything was going well. I highly recommend this company and the Milgard windows that I selected. I love using local businesses?

Zach and his team did a fantastic job on our rental home we have in the area. The new siding made our home look new again and I love the window selection as well. We had four windows installed last week. The team form Z double B was punctual, knowledgeable and time-efficient. They did an excellent job in less than 5 hours! Good price, excellent service, and we're very happy with the results ! I would highly recommend them.
