Our pool cage was bent & sections torn out during the back to back hurricanes here in Palmetto FL in 2024. It was an old cage from the 90s with multiple sections blocking our view of the canal. We chose to go with a new modern panoramic view cage. We are very glad we did as opposed to just repairing the old cage. Overall the guys did a good job. In addition they secured support columns to my home in the pool area that had disintegrated the foot plates during the hurricane. We had several quotes over $20k. We did not go with the lowest quote because we wanted to upgrade. I recommend having the pool area pressure washed when cleared of the old cage before construction. I also recommend adding support wires for all sides. We chose to have Zip add 2 more after completion

So many great things to say I don’t know where to start. Having a lot of construction experience in New York I saw one of their truck and trailer rigs at a gas station and it looked like a company that was well invested and knew what they were doing so I asked the driver who to contact. He gave me the business card of Joe Coluzzo. When I called Joe answered the phone from a hospital bed ready to take care of business and turned out to be a great guy. I was in the market for pretty much everything on a remodel and had been aggressively educating myself on things you require in Florida but would never think of in New York. After Joe came to the house and saw the scope of work he put me in touch with the owner Eddie who turned out to be another great guy and a straight shooter. Eddie and his team worked with me through a million questions and really decimated the competition. I wound up getting a great deal on my pool enclosure, impact doors and windows and the remote control hurricane screens (to protect the patio furniture). Believe it or not it gets better from here… EVERY single one of the staff were absolutely great ! The crew leader Sean was awesome!! Definitely call them!!

We choose Zip Pool Cages to (re)build our pool cage damaged in Hurricane Milton. We had some issues with out HOA that required some minor modifications to the design to gain their approval but Eddie was able to accomodate us and we are more than pleased with our new pool cage. We were given a start date time frame and work started very close to the date and was completed in 2 days. The bottom line is I got exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price. They left the cage area in better looking than when they got there and policed the area after the job was done. Thank you Eddie, George and the team for doing a great job. The cage ist absolutely awful
The measurements at the beginning where totally wrong and instead of do a new measurement and order new parts it was put together and now it looks like
The adjustments are just silicon on top to hide the problems
Nothing is in line
No information about somebody is going on our property even there was the knowledge that it’s a rental home and there are guests
Worst experience ever
After I complained a few times the information came that this is way to difficult and it’s not possible to do it any better…..3 other companies who came then told me that it’s not true and the cage who is build is sloppy work
This is not done for me even with the final payment
And it’s absolutely hilarious that you told me this is a nice screen
So sad that you are not big enough to stand for your failures and do it all over
Shows of a bad character!
I would rate 0 stars if it would be possible!!!
It’s just unacceptable that I have to complain about this cage even my grandmother would see that it’s not good work at all

After hurricane Ian everyone in SW Florida needed their lanai screens replaced. No businesses would answer their phones, reply to voice messages, or emails.... except one. Zip Pool Cages. Getting a quote was very easy, and a few weeks later I had new screens. And their work was very professional. I very highly recommend!! 6 stars!
