I had 21 windows installed in March 25 and can recommend them highly:
- fast process: it took about 4 weeks from the initial contact to completion (some of the delay was due to the cold weather)
- better price than any of the american providers: I shopped around with at least 3 other companies who did not even have the tilt-and-turn window styles and could only provide the standard casing or double hung
- superior product: right away I noticed that my heating went down and the rooms are super quiet now - no more neighbor starting the car in the morning, etc. (Since the windows are European, the prospect shows the U value in W/m^2, American providers show it in W/square foot. So you need to divide it by 9)
- great customer support: they were always available whether on email, phone or in person.
- very clean and professional installation process: they protected all of my furniture with plastic (or moved them carefully when necessary) and cleaned up inside and out. It took them only 2 days to execute - Jake was running a tight ship with with crew of 4!

Overall, one of my best construction related experiences ever!

I had Euro Windows install six windows with blinds and one patio door in my apartment. From my first visit to their showroom in Greenpoint to the final installation the process has been seamless. The windows are solid, beautiful, and very easy to clean; they block outside noise and don’t let any drafts in. Euro Windows customer service is outstanding; Ewelina and Natalia answer questions promptly and make sure their customers are fully satisfied. Jack and the installation team are fast and professional. Furthermore, Euro Window’s prices are very competitive, especially considering that the “tilt and turn” windows are far superior than your typical New York double hang windows. I highly recommend them.

I had grown up around European windows and always preferred them over most American windows. When my family discovered that Euro Window supplied them, we immediately jumped at the opportunity to have them installed. We were certainly not disappointed! The windows were made custom for our home. Installation was super smooth and easy! The installation crew was able to install 22 windows and 2 doors in a single day. Their quality is also amazing! We love their ability to open just a crack or all the way. The sliding door that we have from Euro Window operates very smoothly. Highly, highly recommend this window supplier!
