I don't know what happened to this company, maybe they lost their installer, or the owner got sick or something bad like that. It seems they went from being an upstanding business doing good work to just completely losing control these past few months. We got a quote in late 2021, then in January 2022, we paid Isaac over $1000 to order glass for our shower. He told us the glass would take 2-4 weeks to manufacture and then they would be able to install it immediately after the glass arrived. 3 months later, they won't return our phone calls and we are still out $1000.

I will gladly retract this review if we get our money back or we get our shower glass delivered so we can hire someone else to install it. I understand that bad things happen, and I will be glad to be patient and work with you guys even if things don't go as smoothly as planned, but I would really appreciate a call back and some honesty and transparency here.

I am super disappointed in this service. Our glass was ordered 7/27 and was supposed to take 8-10 days. I understand supply issues however the customer service and communication has been simply awful. Our glass came in 2 weeks ago tomorrow. When the phone is answered Issac says he will call you back and does not. We have gotten no answers as to when we can expect delivery, and if we will ever get our glass. I understand COVID is making a lot of things slow, however your customer service should be phenomenal. A simple call back or estimated date would be great! A company that cannot keep their word is not a good company. We have called for over 4 days and have gotten no answer or call back to any of our messages. Meanwhile we are out of our deposit of $2800, no answers, and no call backs. I would encourage you use other providers.

They were great! I had my shower redone and it came out beautifully. After getting my immediate quote, I only waited 2 weeks before my new shower was finished!! Before I called them, I called a few different glass companies to replace it, and they told me it'd take a 2 week before they could even quote me.

A COMPLETE FRAUD…If zero stars was a choice I would give him ZERO! Issac Smith that “works” under the premise of Oak Mountain glass is a complete fraud. He required us to write a check for $865 over six months ago to place an order for glass that he has never been able to even prove that he ever ordered in the first place. Over two months ago we asked for a refund and on three occasions he has promised to refund but he has not followed through on these promises either. We have filed a formal complaint with the better business bureau of Shelby County and he will be receiving legal notice from our attorney.

I own a local construction company and have had terrible experience with installs on shower doors. I had Isaac come out and give me a quote on a project and decided to give Oak Mointain Glass my business. Due to Covid and people not willing to work, the glass took a while to come in. However when it came in I got a call from Isaac and scheduled an install immediately. Like I said I've used multiple companies and the work was always below expectation. Isaac and his crew came out and installed the best looking door I've ordered to date. The craftsmanship of the install was like nothing I've seen before in this industry. My company will solely use Oak Mountain Glass from here on out.

I highly recommend them. Just understand materials can be very difficult to get in due to lack of help at the manufacturering facilities.
